REVIEW OF COSTAS FOODS MUSCLE SANDWICH

The protein bar featured in this review is Costas foods' Cinnamon Graham flavour of Muscle Sandwich by Stephen Sidorski. This Cinnamon Graham flavour is the newest flavour on the market. Other flavours include Peanut Butter Graham Cracker, Triple Chocolate and Vanilla.
My first discovery of this Cinnamon Graham flavour supplement is it is made with 100% real peanut butter. To be more specific, this bar offers three parts: (a) a promising cinnamon wafer that tastes like any normal graham cracker, (b) the middle nutritious and chewy part which has most of the protein in it which is combined together with (c) the white chocolate layer coating.
Right away I noticed that the less-tasty protein-filled part of the bar automatically separates from the glued together parts which are the cinnamon wafer and white coating. I find this does not make sense from a production standpoint because wouldn't they rather have the less-tasty part glued with the coating rather than the more-tasty wafer part really being stuck with the coating? Anyway, when I consumed the bar I held one piece in each hand and took turns feeding myself with alternate hands. I figured doing this would probably be the best idea although both parts did not taste bad at all. For those who want the best nutrition should stick with this Cinnamon Graham flavour or capitalize on the not so rich and sweet Peanut Butter Graham Cracker flavour.
Even though this is not the best protein I have ever tried, it rates about the middle of the pack.
Although this bar tastes pretty good, I am a little concerned with the 5g of saturated fat, 5mg of cholesterol, and 15g of sugar. This bar tastes a lot like the strawberry flavour of the Vector bar.
