Obviously anything that claims to be unstoppable is not going to be possible but claims with bravado included are not uncommon in the bodybuilding and supplement industry. GAME DAY was a good product but naturally its effects came to a stop eventually.
I wouldn't say that my increases in strength were unyielding or even particularly of note although I would say my day in the gym was at the level of average to perhaps slightly above average, any number of things being the possible cause of such, but I can't say I had a below average day using GAME DAY which is a good thing.
If this claim stated that GAME DAY increases stamina I would agree with it but like the other claims for this product, they are full of bravado and my stamina was perhaps increased slightly but not "relentless" as claimed.
"UNBREAKABLE DRIVE to WIN"
Again, I think the word used here ["unbreakable"] is simply too strong to describe the effect of this supplement. I'm not saying I didn't feel any increased motivation, but I would not call it unbreakable.
Unfortunately I do not much care for claims which exercise such a high volume of bravado as seen for MAN Body Octane GAME DAY. I personally would have respected the product claims more had they used more realistic terms. I do realize that each company needs to market their products so it is unsurprising to me that the claims would be what they are, but I still have a preference to more realism in advertisement. Overall, in terms of the product claims, I would rate MAN Body Octane GAME DAY 4/10.
I tried the "Lemon-Lime Chiller" flavour and thought it was good and thought it would be great if it did not contain Sucralose. I truly believe this product taste would be an 8-9 on a scale of 1-10 if not for the Sucralose but because I truly dislike the taste of it, I would rate it a 7/10.
I mixed one serving with 500 mL of water and I found that it mixed perfectly well. As such, in this category and I would rate it a 10/10.
I used MAN Body Octane GAME DAY for my chest workout as outlined below:
Today's chest workout was a decent size [over one hour] and not rushed as was the case with last week's chest workout when I reviewed Gaspari Nutrition SuperPump MAX. I was very happy with this workout and was able to get a better pump by simply working out properly.
Here is a video clip of my first set using 200 pounds where I managed to get 24.5 reps:
Here is a photo from my workout and three photos taken post-workout:
I felt that my pump was pretty good. I was pleased with it and can't complain. I think it could have been better had I consumed more carbohydrates in the time before my training or the day before. As it stood I still had a good pump, but I think it could have been slightly better. In terms of effectiveness I rate MAN Body Octane GAME DAY a 7/10.
I felt that MAN Body Octane GAME DAY was a decent pre-workout formula which I thought tasted very good aside from the noticeable artificial sweetening from the Sucralose. While I was not pleased with the product claims, product claims are not something I personally concern myself with much anyway aside from insofar as being able to relate the truthfulness of them to the visitors of this site. I felt the product was good tasting enough and effective enough to use again which is a good thing in my view. Scoring this product on the basis of the categories above and thinking about its overall quality, I would use this product in the future and award it a score of 7/10.
